The draft Strategic Plan proposes seven outcomes and shows how these outcomes deliver against the Fire and Rescue Framework for Scotland 2022 and the SFRS Long-Term Vision between 2022 and 2025. Each outcome also provides a set of statements that describe what success will look like when we’ve delivered against that outcome.
Shaping our forward direction, the proposals outline how we will aim to make a significant contribution to making people’s lives in Scotland better and safer.
Mark McAteer, Director of Strategic Planning, Performance and Communications said: “We need your views and opinions on how we can operate to the best possible level.
“It’s about being able to showcase and enhance a Service that we are proud to deliver and that people are proud to see.
“We can only do that by speaking openly about how we can do things better and the things that we feel we already do well.
“This is your Service and we invite your input to help shape our decision-making.”
