Andrew has a professional background in commercial property and banking law prior to a career change into psychotherapy and executive coaching.
About
In addition to effective executive leadership experience in the commercial legal sector, Andrew has diverse public and third sector board experience as a non-executive and chair in the NHS, education and arts/heritage sector. Andrew is passionate about leading with compassion and bringing his own experience of diversity to include wider voices in developing SFRS.
