We have a number of permanent and temporary (up to 23 months) opportunities in our Operations Control Rooms and we are seeking motivated individuals to join the team.
The role involves managing many tasks during an incident including: answering emergency calls, mobilising our resources, communicating using radios, working with partners and other organisations and monitoring incidents from start to finish.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a desire to work with members of the community, using excellent communication skills, and be calm and confident when working under pressure.
We are looking for team players who are positive in approach and committed to learning and developing their skills. An ability to multi-task effectively and demonstrate good problem-solving and decision-making skills is also required.
