Our Long-Term Vision and Strategic Plan
Long-Term Vision
Our Long-Term Vision is a 10-year plan, setting out our future direction as an organisation.
Our mission remains the same, we are working together for a safer Scotland.
We developed our vision through engagement with staff, communities, and stakeholders.
Our public consultation on the draft document received more than 800 responses. These contributed to the final vision, published in 2021.

SFRS Strategy
Our current SFRS Strategy 2025-28 sets out five strategic objectives that we want to achieve between 2025 and 2028.
It details the activities we plan to undertake to achieve during this period.
Our outcomes will also help us achieve the objectives of our Long-Term Vision. They also compliment the Scottish Government's Fire and Rescue Framework for Scotland 2022.
The Strategy shows how we will deliver against the Framework's priorities.
