SFRS responded to house fire in Tillicoultry yesterday

Appliances from Alloa and Stirling attended the fire in St Serf's Road

Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was called to attend a fire at a house in Tillicoultry in the early hours of yesterday morning (26 July 2015).

Control received a call at 1.05am about a fire in the ground floor kitchen of a mid-terraced house in St Serf's Road, Tillicoultry.

Two appliances from Alloa and two fromm Stirling were sent to the scene and firefighters in breathing apparatus used a main jet and a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze.

One person was treated by paramedics at the scene for slight smoke inhalation.
