SFRS responded to road traffic collision at Moy Bridge, Highland at weekend

Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was called to respond to reports of a three vehicle road traffic collision on the junction of the A835 and the A832 at Moy Bridge on Saturday (19 September 2015).

The incident was reported at 1.10pm and operations control dispatched one appliance and a heavy rescue unit from Inverness, one appliance from Beauly and two from Dingwall to the scene.

Firefighters used hydraulic cutting equipment and spreaders to free one female casualty from one of the vehicles, who was then taken by air ambulance to hospital.
