Crews attend portacabins on fire in Falkirk

Labert and Falkirk appliances attended

The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service were called to a fire involving Army Cadet portacabins at Nailer Road, Camelon around midnight (1 September).


Operations Control Maddiston mobilised two appliances from Larbert and Falkirk fire stations to the incident which was well alight on arrival.


The Incident Commander deployed four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus with two hosereel jets to extinguish the fire.


The cause of the fire is being investigated.
